METHOD & APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING SECONDARY BATTERY

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a secondary battery are provided to secure uniform performance of a battery by improving the impregnation of electrolyte and to improve lifetime and capacity of the battery. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for manufacturing a secondary battery includes: a vacuum chamber(10); a tray(20) which has an accommodation space(22) in which one or more battery cases(1) housing an electrode assembly can be arranged and which can be located inside the vacuum chamber; and a heating member(30) capable of maintaining and controlling the tray in a predetermined temperature range in order to increase an impregnation speed of the electrolyte injected into the battery case.
