PURPOSE: A device and method for synchronizing nodes in a time division duplex network are provided to improve utilizing efficiency of other frame. CONSTITUTION: A chip counter(713) suits synchronization with a master node in a slot period by using one among a plurality of sub-fields. A plurality of subfields constitutes a synchronization field which is included in one or more frames received from the master node. A slot counter(715) suits synchronization with the master node in a frame period by using one among a plurality of subfields. A frame counter(717) suits synchronization with the master node in a superframe period by using one among a plurality of subfields.
