ANTIOXIDATIVE COMPORSITION LOADED WITH SCHIZANDIN AND ANTHOCYANIN OF OMIJA(SCHZANDRIN CHINENSIS BAILLON)

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for preparing Schzandrin chinensis Baillon extract containing a large amount of anthocyanin and schizandrin is provided to enhance antioxidation. CONSTITUTION: A Schzandrin chinensis Baillon extract is prepared by roasting and pulverizing dried Schzandrin chinensis Baillon fruits and extracting 3-10 times volume of 45-55% ethanol solution. The Schzandrin chinensis Baillon extract has antioxidation and contains anthocyanin and schzandrin. The dried Schzandrin chinensis Baillon fruits are roasted at 190°C for 10 minutes.
