PURPOSE: A run flat tire in case of puncture is provided to prevent the degradation of ride comfort and driving stability in puncture by using an air bag and supporting member mounted on the wheel surface inside a tire. CONSTITUTION: A run flat tire in case of puncture comprises a supporting member. The supporting members are independently installed as same length in order to support the tire. The supporting member is the wheel surface apart from the width direction center of the tire wheel as same distance in left and right direction The narrow one-side end of the supporting member is fixed with a hinge member(350) in a vertical direction to rotate in 90°~120°. The supporting member comprises an airbag(400) which is inflated by receiving the compacted nitrogen gas from a solenoid valve(410). The supporting member comprises a steel sheet(330) which has elasticity to be bent along the inner side of tire.
