COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE MIXED HERBAL EXTRACT FOR RELIEVING HANGOVER

PURPOSE: A composition containing mixture herb extract for relieving hangover is provided to promote ADH activity and to relieve hangover. CONSTITUTION: A composition for relieving hangover contains water, ethanol, or ethanol solution extract of 1-3 weight parts of Oenanthe javanica, 1-3 weight parts of Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi, and 1-3 weight parts of Curcuma aromatica. A health food for relieving hangover contains concentrate of the extract as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the composition comprises: a step of extracting Oenanthe javanica, Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi, and Curcuma aromatica in water, ethanol, or ethanol solution at 90-100°C for 1-5 hours; a step of filtering the extract; a step of decompressing the extract; and a step of drying the concentrate.
