PURPOSE: An interference control method in a heterogeneous network, a cluster, and newly registering method of the cluster are provided to reduce signal interference between heterogeneous wireless communication systems in a wireless communication network environment which a heterogeneous communication system is combined. CONSTITUTION: At least one part among second wireless communication networks in a heterogeneous environment which a first wireless communication network and at least two second wireless communication networks which is heterogeneous are mixed comprises a cluster according to specific standard. Interference between second wireless communication networks comprising the cluster is controlled by an interference control technique which is distinguished by an interference control technique between wireless communication network comprising the cluster with the first wireless communication network.
