PURPOSE: A door step for a ship and a door structure for a ship including the same are provided to help equipment such as a trolley to easily go in and out a door of a ship because the door step is removably installed in a door sill. CONSTITUTION: A door step for a ship comprises a body(132) which is extended in the longitudinal direction of a door sill and removably installed on the top of the door sill, an angled part(134) which is extended from the body to be declined on both sides of the door sill and allow equipment such as a trolley to easily climb over the door sill, and a supporting part(136) which is projected on the inner side of the body opposite to both sides of the door sill and extended in the longitudinal direction of the body to prevent the shaking of the body.
