PURPOSE: A driving apparatus and a driving method of a liquid crystal display are provided to display accurate color by correcting a data voltage and then, inputting it. CONSTITUTION: In a driving apparatus and a driving method of a liquid crystal display, an image signal correction unit(650) corrects an input image signal. A data driver supplies data voltage to corresponding pixels. The image signal correction unit shifts the input image data of a first pixel based on a common voltage. The image signal correction unit comprises a memory unit(650a) and a correction unit(650b) The memory unit stores a plurality of ACC look up tables. The correction unit outputs a correction image signal.
