PURPOSE: An electrical feature measurement board is provided to measure electrical characteristic of two electrical components by forming a component installing electrode and a component installing electrode. CONSTITUTION: An electrical feature measurement board(1) is a laminated substrate which laminates the dielectric layer. The electrical feature measurement board includes a ground electrode, a via electrode, and a layer earth electrode. A coplanar line(24A) is arranged in the center of a substrate migration direction. The ground electrode is formed in a coplanar line and the substrate surface. The coplanar line and the ground electrode are formed in a surface normal direction. |
