PURPOSE: Ultraviolet curable coating resin and composition are provided to prevent the deterioration of polycarbonate lens molding product even in a long-term outdoor environment and to ensure excellent scratch resistance, high hardness, adhesion to a film, crack resistance and chipping resistance. CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet curable coating resin comprises (A) 40-70 weight% of aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer having 6-functional or multifunctional polymerizable unsaturated groups capable of polymerization; (B) 3-30 weight% of polycarbonate-modified aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer having polymerizable bifunctional unsaturated groups; and (C) 10-50 weight% of polyfunctional acrylate monomer having 2 or 3 unsaturated groups polymerizable per molecule.
