PURPOSE: A device for preventing malfunction of a vehicle steering wheel switch is provided to make safe driving and to prevent accident by preventing malfunction of switch while driving. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing malfunction of a vehicle steering wheel switch comprises a button part(109), a steering angle sensor(101), a power transmission part(113), a rotating switch part(111), and a steering wheel switch control part(107). The steering angle sensor senses the rotation angle of car wheels. The steering wheel angle information detection part collects the steering-arm angle information from the steering angle sensor. The power transmission produces torque and is located inside the switch. The rotating switch part side to side rotates using the torque transmitted from the power transmission according to the fixed electric signal. The steering wheel switch control part determines the validity of the operating signal transmitted from the rotating switch part according to the steering angle information of steering wheel which detected by the steering wheel angle information detection part.
