PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a panel for a water tank is provided to reduce raw material costs and maintain clean sanitary condition of a water tank since a water tank is manufactured of stainless materials instead of stainless material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a panel for a water tank comprises following steps. Rolled iron is cut into a fixed size, and the cut surface of the rolled iron(f) is sanded. The rolled iron, which is sanded, is heated at the temperature of 800~900°C. The polyethylene powder material is spayed, and a polyethylene thin layer(p) is formed on the surface of an aluminum layer(a). A molding frame is fixed to a molding frame in which urethane liquid is inputted into the rear surface of the rolled iron. The molding frame is heated at temperature of 70~90°C and the urethane liquid is foamed.
