PURPOSE: A cement structure with hybrid fiber is provided to control the generation of cracks and reinforce the flexural toughness by mixing synthetic fiber and steel fiber. CONSTITUTION: A cement structure(100) with hybrid fiber(110) includes fiber based on synthetic fiber and steel fiber(130). The synthetic fiber is based on a plurality of fiber strands and is interlaced fiber(120) which forms a loop by air interlace. The interlaced fiber includes a straight part(121) and an outer circumference part(122). An adhesion part(123) is formed on both end parts of the straight part and the outer circumference part. The fiber strands are composed of polyamide.
