<p>A method for wireless communications is provided. The method includes receiving measurement gap information and receiving random access procedure information. The method also includes scheduling a random access procedure based on the measurement gap information and the random access procedure information. By scheduling random access procedures in view of the measurement gap information, network bandwidth can be conserved.</p> |
