PURPOSE: An admixture composition for cement is provided to reduce the generation of carbon dioxide by reducing the using amount of the cement. CONSTITUTION: An admixture composition for cement includes blast furnace slag mixture and steel forming secondary refining slag. The blast furnace slag mixture includes blast furnace slag and gypsum. The gypsum is anhydrous gypsum or desulfurized gypsum. The blast furnace slag and the steel forming secondary refining slag are pulverized using one of a roller mill, a ball mill, a super mill, and a vibration mill.
