The device has a template (12) comprising a positioning unit to position the template in a preset geometric reference position with respect to a door (1). An attachment unit attaches a lower edge of the window on a slider (7) of a rear rail (6) in a fixed position of the window at the slider. A lower part of the rear rail freely moves by pivoting around an axle (X) with respect to a fixed part i.e. support (10) in the position before the lower part of the rail is fixed to the fixed part.
