PURPOSE: A solar battery and manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an alloy layer with Ag on a rear electrode layer functioning as a back contact of a CIGS light absorbing layer, thereby increasing conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is formed on a substrate(100). An alloy layer(300) including Ag is formed on the rear electrode layer. A light absorbing layer(400) is formed on the alloy layer. A buffer layer(500) is formed on the light absorbing layer. A penetration hole(P2) penetrates the light absorbing layer and the buffer layer to selectively expose the alloy layer. |
