PURPOSE: A system for generating power using a piezoelectric element is provided to reduce power waste by supplying electric energy to the load surrounding the system. CONSTITUTION: An electric power generating system(100) includes at least one piezoelectric element(102), a energy storing device(104), and an energy supply unit(106). The piezoelectric element is provided on the bottom of a target and generates electric energy through mechanical pressure applied from the outside. The energy storing device stores electric energy which is generated through the piezoelectric element.
