PURPOSE: An FFS LCD device is provided to minimize a rubbing mura by differently forming a slit angle to mutually compensating the brightness. CONSTITUTION: A FFS LCD device interposes a liquid crystal between an upper substrate and a lower substrate, defines a pixel area by arranging a gate line(10) and a data line by turns on the lower substrate, defines a common electrode and pixel electrode(50) which is overlapped by mutually installed in the pixel area. In crossing area of the gate line and the data line, a TFT(40) is installed. A common signal line sanctions a common signal to the common electrode.
