PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method of fabricating the same are provided to improve the electrical property of a window layer by forming a conductive polymeric layer including a conductive polymer on the window layer. CONSTITUTION: In a solar cell and a method of fabricating the same, a rear electrode(200) is formed in a supporting substrate(100). A light absorption layer(300) is formed on the rear electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) is formed on the light absorption layer. A window layer(600) is formed on the buffer layer. A conductive polymer layer(700) is formed on the window layer. |
