PURPOSE: A heating device of a steering wheel for a vehicle using proportional integral differential control is provided to maintain a temperature higher than a preset value without huge temperature changes. CONSTITUTION: A heating device of a steering wheel for a vehicle using proportional integral differential control comprises a heating element(100), a switch(200), and a micro control unit(300). The heating element heats a steering system. The switch controls the heating element. The temperature sensor measures the temperature of the steering system. The micro control unit controls the heating element in a proportional plus integral control mode according to the temperature of a steering system. The micro control unit comprises a state set module that establishes the heating state of the heating element. The state set module comprises a timer set module and a temperature set module. A timer set module sets the operation time of the heating element. The temperature set module sets the maximum heating temperature of the heating element.
