PURPOSE: A drinking water cooling apparatus is provided to facilitate the installation of a cooling tank and easily remove contamination from the interior of the cooling tank because an evaporator is installed on the exterior of the cooling tank. CONSTITUTION: A drinking water cooling apparatus comprises a compressor, a condenser which condenses coolant compressed by the compressor, an expansion valve which expands the condensed coolant, an evaporator(4) which evaporates the expanded coolant, a cooling tank(5) which stores cooling liquid and in which drinking water passes through a spiral water supply pipe(6), a temperature sensor which is installed on the bottom of the cooling tank to sense the temperature of the cooling liquid, a board which controls the temperature of the temperature sensor, and a top cover(9). |
