Individual-portable electronic device able to measure in real time the intensity or the E-field of frequencies emitted by cellular telephony antennae of the 2nd and 3d generation (frequencies ranging from 800 MHz to 27000 MHz) with use of integrated circuits of extremely low cost and having for main structural element a VIDEO logarithmic amplifier and a printed broadband multilayered double-substrate antenna of the R04350 type.
