PURPOSE: A speech quality measuring method of a VoIP terminal, system thereof, and apparatus thereof are provided to perform the collection and analysis of speech quality of a VoIP terminal. CONSTITUTION: A quality measurement apparatus receives call data between a VoIP terminal and the other terminal(S401). The quality measurement apparatus confirms the type of the other terminal(S407). The quality measurement apparatus measures speech quality(S409). In case the speech quality measurement by terminal type is greater than predetermined number, the quality measurement apparatus transmits speech quality information to a quality collection server(S413).
