PURPOSE: A strip for a metal dome is provided to prevent conduction failure due to chemical corrosion and improve a switching property of a switch by increasing electric conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A strip for a metal dome includes a spring plate(23a), a conductive reinforcing layer(23b), and a corrosion resistance reinforcing layer(23c). The spring plate provides elastic force and is made of metal materials. The conductive reinforcing layer is formed on the lower side of the spring plate by plating Cu. The corrosion resistance layer covers the exposed conductive reinforcing layer by plating Au. The corrosion resistance reinforcing layer is formed by plating Au-Ag alloy.
