<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an insulation film on a body, thereby preventing first and second electrodes and the body from being electrically shorted. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(31) and a second electrode(32) are installed in a body(20). An insulation film is formed on the body. One side of the body is rough. A light emitting chip(10) is electrically connected to the first and second electrodes to emit light. A protection cap(27) is protruded between the first electrode and the second electrode.</p> |
