A roller bearing for a supporting-roller has an outer race (1), an inner race (6) and rollers (7) with a cage (8) positioned therebetween; the outer race (1) has, at each end thereof, an annular recess with an annular groove (11) therein and forms a labyrinth seal with a packing-ring (9) which is mounted on a sidecover (5) and has a circumferential spline (10) which is received, with clearance in the annular groove (11) of the outer race (1). The latter has a convex periphery (2). |
