The device (3) has tubular connection rods (7) passing alternatively from an outer side to an interior by end meshed wires of a net in order to connect the net to structural elements (5). Fixing units (11) i.e. screws, are connected with corresponding clamp holes (12) in the structural elements. The fixing units are extended by crossing holes (13) in the connection rods for placing the connection rods toward the structural elements in order to wedge the wires between the connection rods and the structural elements by adjustable tightening.
