STICKER ANTENNA AND THE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A sticker antenna and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to minimize the volume for an antenna by reducing the size of a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A sticker antenna and a method for manufacturing the same are comprised of the steps: printing a base layer(3) on a PET fabric having thickness of 0.035 ~ 1.00mm. A crosslink layer(5) is printed on the base layer with conductive liquid including Ag to have thickness of 5-10um. A main conductive layer(7) of a copper plating of 0.5 ~ 2μm is formed on the surface of the crosslink layer. An adhesive layer(9) is from on the rear side of a PET fabric to adhere PET fabric to a target component. A release paper is temporality adhered to the surface of the adhesive layer. A metal film(13) is formed by plating on the surface of the main conductive layer with one of gold, a nickel or chrome.
