METHOD FOR PREPARING SNO2-ZNO PARTICLES FOR GAS-SENSOR AND GAS-SENSOR USING THE SNO2-ZNO PARTICLES

PURPOSE: A method for preparing tin oxide-zinc oxide particles for a gas-sensor and the gas-sensor using the tin oxide-zinc oxide particles are provided to improve the reliability of the gas-sensor by uniformly preparing the tin oxide-zinc oxide particles. CONSTITUTION: A mixed solution with a tin oxide precursor and a zinc oxide precursor is prepared. The mixed solution is stirred to form a tin oxide-zinc oxide sol. The tin oxide-zinc oxide sol is thermally processed to be crystallized into tin oxide-zinc oxide. The tin oxide precursor is tin alkoxide. The zinc oxide precursor is zinc carboxylate. The mixed solution includes an alcohol-based solvent.
