PURPOSE: An oil bearing is provided to securely fix a support shaft and to prevent fusing by forming first oil grooves between a bearing shell and housing and second oil grooves on a sleeve which contacts with the support shaft. CONSTITUTION: An oil bearing comprises a shell(200) and a sleeve(300). The shell is located in housing(100). The sleeve is located in the shell inner side. A support shaft(410) is inserted into the sleeve. An oil bearing(1000) has a first oil groove on the contact area between the housing and shell. The first oil groove is formed in the longitudinal direction of shell or housing. The first oil groove includes a circumference direction oil groove and a longitudinal direction oil groove. The circumference direction oil groove surrounds the inner circumference of the housing. The longitudinal direction oil groove surrounds the outer inner circumference of the shell.
