PURPOSE: A sealing structure of a prefabricated water tank is provided to prevent the hardening and slipping phenomenon of a sealant by a water tank panel, and the water leakage of the water tank. CONSTITUTION: A sealing structure of a prefabricated water tank is formed with a square board material, and includes plural water tank panels(10) with edge combining units(12). The prefabricated water tank is formed by combining each edge combining unit of the water tank panels, and coupling with a bolt to form a square box shape. More than one sealing recess is formed one surface of the edge combining units, for closely attaching the water tank panels by pressurizing a sealing member to the sealing recess.
