The device has rigid and solid components positioned between a hinge side door frame and a hinge side opening frame, where the device is fixed on one of gudgeons of a door. One of the components is provided with an opening that allows passing of other component. Diameter or width of the former component is slightly lower than size of the opening formed between the side opening frame and the hinge side door frame. Length of the former component is greater than the size of the opening formed between the opening frame and the hinge side door frame.
