PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method of fabricating the same are provided to improve the property of a front electrode and an ohmic contact by removing a compound metal from the surface of a rear electrode which is used as the back contact of a CIGS light absorption layer. CONSTITUTION: In a solar cell and a method of fabricating the same, A rear electrode(200) is formed on a substrate(100). A light absorption layer is formed on a back contact electrode. An alloy film(250) is formed on the surface of the back contact electrode. A buffer layer is formed on the light absorption layer. A front electrode(600) is formed on the buffer layer. A penetration hole expose the rear electrode through the light absorption layer, the buffer layer, and the alloy film. |
