PURPOSE: An operating method of a vehicle related a mobile communication terminal is provided to realize a intellectual mobile communication terminal which thinks a safety of a user. CONSTITUTION: A first terminal receive s GPS(Global Positioning System) information from a GPS receiver if a call is received(S310, S320). If a moving speed exceeds a setting value, the first terminal enters an auto response mode(S330, S350). The first terminal outputs a recorded auto response message. Therefore, the first terminal performs simple receiving denial if a denial of reception is set. The first terminal informs receiving according to a call if a moving speed exceeds the setting value.
