PURPOSE: A method for treating evaporative gas in a liquefied fuel gas propulsion ship and a liquefied fuel gas propulsion ship thereby are provided to simultaneously consume evaporative gas generated in a liquefied fuel gas tank and produce electricity. CONSTITUTION: A liquefied fuel gas propulsion ship comprises a liquefied fuel gas tank(1), a propulsion engine(5), a power generation engine(7), an evaporative gas supply line(L2), and a generator(8). The liquefied fuel gas tank stores liquefied fuel gas. The propulsion engine uses the liquefied fuel gas stored in the liquefied fuel gas tank as fuel. The power generation engine uses evaporative gas generated in the liquefied fuel gas tank as fuel. The evaporative gas supply line is connected from the liquefied fuel gas tank to the power generation engine. The generator is connected to the power generation engine and produces electricity.
