PURPOSE: A high-speed assembling method of a curved panel using a radial assembling device and a pipeline construction method using the same are provided to rapidly arrange curved panels into the shape of an assembled pipe body with the simple extension motion of extension members. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed assembling method of a curved panel using a radial assembling device is as follows. A plurality of curved panels(20A,20B) are supplied into an assembly box through a transfer device which moves along an excavated tunnel. A radial assembling device, which comprises a body installed on the leading end of the transfer device as being aligned with the center of the excavated tunnel and extension members that are radially arranged around the body in the circumferential direction of the excavated tunnel, is prepared. The curved panels are respectively fixed to the extension members in the process of being transferred to the assembly box.
