PURPOSE: A method and system for opening and naming a website bulletin board are provided to register contextual information such as an e-mail transmission error through a bulletin board. CONSTITUTION: A web client receives an ID in a website, and the domain name and ID data of the website are extracted. The extracted/arranged result data are provided in the name of a bulletin board. A bulletin board is opened. Bulletin board data are added to a database. |
