METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN PIPE IMPROVED WEATHER PROOF AND TENSILE STRENGTH PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a resin pipe is provided to prevent the deformation caused by external environment while not lowering impact strength, tensile strength and flexural strength. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a resin pipe comprises the steps of: manufacturing a resin composition; mixing pure water, the resin composition, dispersing agent and water-soluble thickener in a reactor; filling the inside of the reactor with nitrogen and performing emulsification through mixing; controlling the temperature of the reaction bath and adding a polymerization initiator; removing unreacted materials and dehydrating the mixture to obtain a vinylchloride resin; extrusion-molding the vinylchloride resin to prepare a resin pipe; and heating the resin pipe with hot air of 40~60 °C for 50~100 seconds.
