The communication apparatus (10), which, when attached to the first part of the moving body, wireless communicates with the communication apparatus (20) of the other end of communication attached to the second part of the moving body, comprises: a motion acquiring unit (11) that acquires motion information indicating the motion of at least one part of the moving body; a parameter deciding unit (12) that uses parameter information, which is about the association between the motions of parts of the moving body and the parameters indicating communication modes to be used for successfully performing wireless communications, to decide a parameter corresponding to the motion indicated by the motion information acquired by the motion acquiring unit (11); and a wireless communication unit (13) that wireless communicates with the communication apparatus (20) of the other end of communication in accordance with the parameter decided by the parameter deciding unit (12).
