Disclosed is an oxygen mixing apparatus for an oxygen combustion boiler, wherein circulated exhaust gas (8a) is heated by a rotary preheater (11a), and mixed gas (4) obtained by mixing oxygen with the circulated exhaust gas (8a) is introduced to a boiler furnace (1) by a combustion gas duct (3) having bent portions (21a, 21b, 21c). Oxygen discharging nozzles (23) which have a plurality of injection ports (26) and inject oxygen (22) into the circulated exhaust gas (8a) are disposed in the closest bent portion (21a) of the combustion gas duct (3) to the rotary preheater (11a).
