Provided is a rotary motor actuator which can be manufactured and assembled in a simplified manner. A base (22), a table (21), a stator (25) of a rotary motor (31), a rotor (26) of the rotary motor (31), a first member (12) of a guiding mechanism (24), and a second member (14) of the guiding mechanism (24) have a plurality of base segments (22a), a plurality of table segments (21a), a plurality of stator segments (25a), a plurality of rotor segments (26a), a plurality of first member segments (12a), and a plurality of second member segments (14), respectively. The pluralities of base segments (22a), table segments (21a), stator segments (25a), rotor segments (26a), first member segments (12a), and second member segments (14) are arranged in the circumferential direction around a center line (C). The first member segments (12a) are coupled when the stator segments (25a) are coupled with the base segments (22a). The second member segments (14) are coupled when the rotor segments (26a) are coupled with the table segments (21a).
