Disclosed is a therapeutic agent for cellular immune diseases, which comprises a substance capable of inhibiting the binding between a Neuropilin-1/Plexin-A1 hetero receptor and Sema3A as an active ingredient. The substance is, for example, a Sema3A-neutralizing antibody, a Neuropilin-1-neutralizing antibody, Neuropilin-1 in a soluble form, or a derivative of any one of the aforementioned substances. Also disclosed is a method for screening for a therapeutic agent for cellular immune diseases by employing a signal produced upon the interaction among Neuropilin-1, Plexin-A1 and Sema3A as a measure. |
