摘要 <p>The device for die casting of form hollow parts, comprises a mold cavity in which molten metal is guided between an outer casting mold and an inner core (22) over a runner, a ventilation channel (42), and a core-ventilation chamber (38), which is formed in or on the core and is connected over the ventilation channel with the mould cavity. The core is guided as two-parts with an internal core-separation plane, where the core-ventilation chamber is implemented into the separation plane and is connected over the ventilation channel passing into the separation plane, with the mold cavity. The device for die casting of form hollow parts, comprises a mold cavity in which molten metal is guided between an outer casting mold and an inner core (22) over a runner, a ventilation channel (42), and a core-ventilation chamber (38), which is formed in or on the core and is connected over the ventilation channel with the mould cavity. The core is guided as two-parts with an internal core-separation plane, where the core-ventilation chamber is implemented into the separation plane and is connected over the ventilation channel passing into the separation plane, with the mold cavity. The ventilation chamber is incorporated into two core-halves bordering to each other in the core-separation halves, which are openly executed to the core-separation plane. The core parts of the multi-part core are connected together by means of a stick- and/or rast- and/or adhesive- and/or press and/or screw connections. The form hollow parts comprise a recess (14a) in a wall region (12) on which the core and the casting mold adjoin together directly in a common casting mold/core-separation plane, where the core-ventilation chamber is openly executed into the casting mold/core-separation plane and the corresponding ventilation channel runs along the casting mold/core-separation plane. A functional part protrudes towards inside from a wall region of the mold hollow parts and is formed as a negative cavity in the core, where the negative cavity is connected for the functional part over the ventilation channel with the core-ventilation chamber. The core is executed in the area of the cavity divided with an interior core-separation plane and the core-ventilation chamber openly guides to the core-separation plane and/or is connected with the negative cavity over the ventilation channel passing in the core-separation plane. The core-ventilation chambers are connected over ventilation channels passing in the core-separation plane on the negative cavity for the functional parts. A rib jutting out towards outside and/or towards inside is formed on the form-hollow parts to be cast on a wall region on which the core adjoins on a side surface, where the rib is connected at a front side over the ventilation channel with the core-ventilation chamber partially formed in the core. The rib is connected at a side surface of the lost core and at the other side surface of the casting mold, where the ventilation channel and the core-ventilation chamber are provided in the common separation plane. The core-ventilation chamber is produced in or on the lost core by a negative body embedded into the core that is detachable after the core production or by thermal or chipping process. The casting mold is formed by a die casting-permanent mould, which is filled with a molten metal. The lost core is formed as a solid die-cast salt or sand core.</p>
