摘要 |
PURPOSE: A displacement sensor equipped with an iris diaphragm is provided to prevent the change of measurement value due to external shock since components of a displacement sensor does not receive the influence of electromagnetic waves or magnetic fields. CONSTITUTION: A displacement sensor equipped with an iris diaphragm comprises an iris diaphragm(3), a light emitting unit(1), a light-receiving unit(2), and a computer(4). A tow line connected to one side of the moving body is wound on the iris diaphragm. The opening degree of the iris diaphragm is changed according to the movement of the tow line. The light emitting unit is installed on one side of the iris diaphragm. The light-receiving unit receives lights which passed through the iris diaphragm. The computer senses the opening degree of the iris diaphragm. The computer produces the displacement of the moving body.
