PURPOSE: A topology control device of the wireless ad-hoc network for diminishing the transmission power by selecting cooperative nodes is provided to improve the connectivity of network by generating cooperative communication link. CONSTITUTION: A cluster generating unit(120) generates a plurality of clusters. A cooperative communication link generator(130) generates a plurality of cooperative communication links between a transmission node and a reception node. A link selection unit(140) selects the final cooperation communications link of cooperation communications links based on the average transmission. The link selection unit selects communication link based on the average transmission power for the general communication. A topology determination unit(150) determines the topology of network.
