<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible LED module of superior flexibility which is hard to spot during a non-lighting period and further can light a plurality of LED bare chips without fail. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible LED module 1 includes a first resin tape 21 wherein a first conductive film 31 is formed on the inside surface, a second resin tape 22 wherein a second conductive film 32 is formed on the inside surface, the plurality of LED bare chips 4 sandwiched between them, a first power supply line 51 formed on the first conductive film aside of an arrangement region of the plurality of LED bare chips, a second power supply line 52 formed on the second conductive film aside of the arrangement region of the plurality of LED bare chips, a first electrode terminal 61 and a second electrode terminal 62 continuous to the first power supply line and the second power supply line, respectively, and an insulating layer 7 arranged between the first resin tape and the second resin tape.
