<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for ocular treatment designed to perform minimally invasive surgery or deliver drugs to an eye. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a tool, material and its related method used to surgically access the suprachoroidal space of an eye.
