<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of environment deterioration such as the global warming as much as possible by reducing the usage of a generator used to obtain electric power necessary for the traveling in an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle, and suppressing carbon dioxide emissions in the exhaust gas. <P>SOLUTION: The mounted-type vibration power generation system actively utilizes the vibration of the vehicle body generated during the traveling which has not been utilized. A vibrating body moves in the device and collides with a piezoelectric buzzer, thereby generating electricity in a piezoelectric element. Thus, the vibration is converted into electric energy. This allows the auxiliary charge of a second battery of the vehicle during the traveling, and the travelable distance is increased. Therefore, the usefulness of the electric vehicle is improved. The system does not emit carbon dioxide upon generating power because the system utilizes the vibration generated during the traveling of the vehicle as an energy source of power generation and does not require any special energy source for power generation.
