<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make position setting of a touch input part and a detection electrode easy, and prevent thermal effect on an output part of a touch detection signal. <P>SOLUTION: On the upper face of the top plate 16, the touch input part 22A is formed, and an electrode substrate 26 is deployed downward. This electrode substrate 26 has: the detection electrode 28A in order to detect human contact with the touch input part 22A; a wiring part 28Ah of which one end part is conducted to this detection electrode 28A; and the output part 28Ae to output an electric signal (touch detection signal) detected by the detection electrode 28A conducted to the other end part of this wiring part 28Ah. Then, a gap G is formed between the output part 28Ae in the electrode substrate 26 and the lower face of the top plate 16, and the detection electrode 28A in the electrode substrate 26 is closely stuck to the lower face of the top plate 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
